This notebook uses the BioJupies Jupyter Notebook Generator to analyze GEO Dataset GSE68040, which tests a knockin perturbation of HEXIM1 on tumor growth rates in the A375 melanoma cell line with a doxycycline diet. Gene Ontology Enrichment Analysis (GO) shows slight down-regulation of epithelial morphogenesis and hormone activity, and Pathway Enrichment Analysis suggests up-regulation various infections and GCPR pathways. In addition to Library Size and Differential Expression Analysis, BioJupies provides further analysis via Kinase Enrichment and miRNA Enrichment, as well as L1000CDS Small Molecule Query.
