Using the BioJupies Jupyter Notebook Generator developed by the Ma'ayan Lab at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, this notebook visualizes a double knockdown analysis of Rb1 and p53 in mouse models. PTEN mutation was also performed; analysis with BioJupies suggests down-regulation of skeletal muscle myofibril and regulation of acrosome reaction shown with gene ontology enrichment, as well as upregulation of HSA alcoholism and cell cycle control observed with pathway enrichment analysis. In addition to Volcano and MA Plots describing up and down-regulation, PCA and a Clustegrammer interactive heatmap analysis were also performed.
