Using the BioJupies Jupyter Notebook Generator developed by the Ma'ayan Lab, this notebook visualizes a MDM2 protein activity in mouse models deprived of p53 function. In this notebook, ChEA analysis shows significant upregulated transcription factors pertaining to Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 (PRC2) which is essential for gene expression regulation in embryonic development. Additionally, Pathway Enrichment Analysis from KEGG, Reactome, and WikiPathways indicate upregulation of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs). In addition to Volcano and MA Plots describing up and down-regulation, differential gene expression analysis was performed and displayed in table format, as well as an interactive heatmap generated with Clustergrammer, PCA, and Library Size Analysis.
