Gene Expression Omnibus Resource

Description The Gene Expression Omnibus is a database of functional genomic data obtained by microarray or next generation sequencing. GEO can be mined for studies that measured gene expression profiles of cells or tissues in control and experimental conditions, where the experimental condition may be a disease, pharmacologic perturbation or genetic perturbation (over-expression, mutation, knockdown or knockout).
