Description Desbuquois syndrome (DBQD) is an osteochondrodysplasia characterized by severe micromelic dwarfism, facial dysmorphism, joint laxity, multiple dislocations, vertebral and metaphyseal abnormalities and advanced carpotarsal ossification.
